12 Copyright Licenses that combine Creative Commons' standards and Blockchains
All our licenses follow the same structure: creative work is published under a Creative Commons License and a CC Plus Agreement that grants rights equivalent to a more permissive Creative Commons License to owners of the Associated Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
PRIMARY CC LICENSE => FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC
REFERENCE CC LICENSE => FOR THE OWNER OF THE ASSOCIATED NFT
This means that creators can easily trade Copyright permissions to their work without the need of an agent, lawyer, or publisher. Furthermore, you can license your work under more than one Satoshi License (as long as the Primary CC licenses are compatible) in case you wish to trade different permissions.
Notice that Satoshi Licenses with the ShareAlike condition expect derivative works to be published under the Primary CC License or an equivalent license. This is the case because the CC+ Protocol can only grant further permissions but never restrict the parent CC license.

4. Terms of License.
The permissions granted in the CC Plus Agreement above apply only to the extent that you continue to Own the Associated NFT. If at any time you sell, trade, donate, give away, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Associated NFT for any reason, the permissions granted in the CC Plus Agreement above will immediately expire.BY-NC-ND/BY-NC-SA Satoshi License
1. Definitions.
"NFT" means any blockchain-tracked, non-fungible token, such as those conforming to the ERC-721 standard.
“Own” means, with respect to an NFT, an NFT that you have purchased or otherwise rightfully acquired from a legitimate source, where proof of its possession is recorded on the relevant blockchain.
"Associated NFT(s)" means the NFT(s) specified by the implementation of this license.
"Creative Work" means the creative work being licensed under these terms, either by (1) being in the Associated NFT's metadata labeled as "Creative Work" OR (2) by explicit publication under this license.
2. Ownership.
The rights that you have in and to the Creative Work are limited to those described in this License. The Licensor warrants they are authorized to license the Creative Work under these terms.
3. License.
The license applied to the Creative Work comprises the terms of the CC Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License in addition to the CC Plus Agreement below.
